I don't see it as hurting McCain - the people who vote for McCain hate Paris and don't watch You-Tube.
I guess they did not get permission before using her image in the ad and that they did not forecast a counter. Surprises = weakness in the world of political strategy.
Quite the publicity coup for Ms. Hilton. Her appearance fee will go up. She'll probably get 350,000 to go to a party instead of 300,000.
