Microsoft Picture Enhancer

Hey All,

A few months ago someone posted a downloadable application from Microsoft which allows you to clarify/enlarge otherwise grainy/small pictures. I cant find it on the search engine.

If you remember it, could you please let me know which application that is?

nothing for vista from ms yet. I guess the whole powertoys suite was done by ms coders in their spare time, just being nice kinda thing
