Caterpillar What is it?
Never ever seen a caterpillar like this but I saw this today and grabbed the camera for a shot. Anyone ever seen one of these? Found in Boothbay Maine

That's something like a wooly bear, or some such name. I've seen them before. I think.

Norman it's a Spotted Apatelode thanks for the link I looked around last nite. My 5 year old is doing butterflies in kindergarden right now and I got some cool pics for him.

No but I found pink tubes with your name on them on the shores of the Damariscotta River
I was out fishing the night before last. Caught the skunk but seen a bit of bait here and there. Water was very cloudy. Seen some guy racing down the river on the other side he stops quick and he was drifting back up river for a good 1/2 hour. He was on that drift line at least 4 times I seen him while I was fishing so there must have been fish there. I threw poppers and swimmers all night. Felt good to throw the rod for a few hours. Had 7 birds come look at my offerings
