Pt Jude Joe's New Ad Campaign

Well, whaddya think?

At least he wasn't paying big money for the model - but on the other hand, the photo shoot did end up costing him a couple of pretty good bruises and scared the **** out of me for a few seconds. I also took a bit of a beating hanging out in a tide pool that was awash from the swell.

Anyway, this was a week ago yesterday when that front came through with high winds, sideways rain and a fair swell.

Right on cue, second cast with the new Golden Mullet and Bam! fish on - too bad it came unbuttoned in the rocks with the surge but it still looked good on film - more to come when I get time.

Nicely done Joe

"There is no royal road to this heavy surf-fishing. With all the appliances for comfort experience can suggest, there is a certain amount of hard work to be done and exposure to be bourne as a part of the price of success." From "Striped Bass," Scribner's Magazine, 1881.
