That sucks. I 30#+ fish float in once after a never ending blitz and it bothered me. That's just just gross.

Well if that bothers you then this will make it worse.
That's AT LEAST the FOURTH time this summer I've seen and heard about this. There was one about a month ago that there was about a 3 mile long chum slick of 25+ pound bass up to about 50lb bass all dead and dying on the surface all east of Chatham.
This is SO FREAKIN WRONG. What a shame for such a majestic fish to die needlessly like this. %$%$%$%$%$%$%$S.

I had to ask BassBabe about this. Maybe she will chime in, she is a fisheries observer. Been one for the last 2-3 years. I aked her how many times she has caught stripers when out. SHe said less than 10 fish have been caught, made me feel a lot better. I know it happens and its a tragedy when it does. I was pleasantly surprised at the lack of stripers she has seen come up in the gear. Clammer will prolly be pissed because the number of blues that comes up is about the same.

That really sucks. Looks like they are at least 12 year old fish too. Something needs to be done fast or the 80's are gonna be back sooner than we think.
