Went through my photo log from last year. This is good as far as I am concerned, help to get things moving as the new moon approaches.

Surf was very high today and water was murky and dirty in SoCo. The waves were crashing and water was up to the dunes.

Boston Harbor is still 54*, couple more cold nights like the last few and it's going to start
I was driving on Plum Island Saturday and the south end is all washed out right up to the dunes, big waves wind in your face and it looked like a bubble bath there was so much white water,
I caught 3 Schoolies and had a big fish chase my lure roll at the rock then turn away

That wind came from a big, fat high pressure system sitting over the Maritimes, I would bet. Dry NE flow for 4 days. Finally FAC out there now in Sagamore, but the temperature is dropping like a rock. Wouldn't surprise me at all if we drop below freezing overnight
Spinning reel and gloves tonight if I wander out. I like the tides better tomorrow anyway--last 3 hrs of the west after dark
