BigFish Bait Co. Seeking Government Aid

It is reported that BigFish Bait Co., one of the premier wooden fishing lure builders in the country, is seeking 10 billion dollars in government aid to help the struggling fishing lure company buy some new fishing rods, a kayak and take a few lavish fishing trips......oh, and a Van Staal reel! BigFish Bait Co. may also use some of the money to buy some new tools and put electricity in the shop! BigFish Bait Co. has reported 3rd quarter losses at approx. $35.63.

Can you believe all these companies all of a sudden wanting handouts from the government??? Let them fold!! It just does not seem right to me somehow they are dumping billions into these companies.....if they have done something to put themselves in these situations maybe they either need to get themselves out or go belly up!!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

Let them fold...maybe its about time to weed out some of these big companies!! Why should we keep bailing them out??!! The small business man gets in trouble and he is left to go belly up!!!

Did you hear about the guy who's filing for Bankruptcy protection because immigration raided his company and took away 1/2 his work force.

Agreed. The economy is already getting clobbered. The big auto makers thought they could ride the Soccer Mom SUV frenzy forever. Let them fail, or better yet, let them be forced to splinter off into smaller companies and create more competition.

The biggest industries are dominated by too few members to foster enough competition to encourage big revolutions in design, function and quality.

That Wall Street bailout set a terrible precedent. It's not the governments job to provide handouts. The basis of Capitalism is that some companies will succeed and others will fail. That's the risk they take.

If they don't like it, move your operations to France. They love providing handouts.

PINK stuff//CSI was called in after getting a tip that the owner of a plug making co. had been seen beating something to death in the back room.Upon spraying an agent around looking for evidence of the burtal beating, they found what was dried blood spattered everywhere.Upon further investigation it became evident it was only snake blood.
