? for you....
I met this fellow who no longer surf fishes...and he has several original hand made swimming plugs from Charlie Cinto that were given to him by Charlie quite some time ago. These have never seen the water and look great. I want to make cash offer to this guy for all of them. What do you think I should offer? I am not sure he will even sell but I want to offer to buy them...
