Peanuts Found~~~
they are IN The Hahbah,
in an undisclosed COVE~~~
nothing big crashing on them.
i had sum rats offer some short takes
on one of stripercrazy's white w/tail flashing bottle poppers!
alas, the cast net was in my closet collecting DUST

After last year's lesson, my cast net has stayed in the boat all year... just haven't found a reason to throw it yet.

Saw lots in the harbor a few weeks ago. No fish though. Haven't been back there since.

did you get a positive id? i threw on about 40pounds of 2-6" river herring the other day thinking they were pogies. be careful.

thanks for the word to the wise,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and, yep they were p-nuts allright! i know because the guy in the YAK was right on top of them and he confirmed my supposition.
it's GOOD sign to find them up inside the estuary, it's a damn shame there was only 100's of thousands there and that it wasn't millions.
