Thumbs up Korker repair

If ur like me, u have a couple projects that sit on the back burner a little to long, some important, some not so important. Well hit the nail on the head today. Contacted korkers directly, and a quick response followed. Very surprised to hear back from them b4 the end of the day.. My webbing on k5000 sandals broke on me, repaired them once, just not real happy about the situation, following the email, the webbings were sent to me for no charge, ordered some new buckles and we will be good to go..Reason i am posting is i do have one question for somebody, is there a way to repair a stud that fell out and the thread inside the sandal is shot?? Really dont want to send them to korker...
