More boycott BS...

Although this may also be suited for the "political" forum, it's still worthy of grumpage.

Highland Park High School in Illinois has canceled the girls basketball team's trip to Arizona for a tournament. All based on their wish to "boycott" anything Arizona!

They claim that it's because they fear that soneone on the team "might" be rousted by the authorities and asked for ID.

If that isn't the biggest load of horse manure to come our way since the "The big dig will ONLY cost a couple billion and ONLY take a couple of years to complete" load we were dealt, than I don't know what is.

The school administration had no problem sending their students to China, home of Tiananmen Square, forced abortions and Internet censorship. (taken from the Herald)

What this still boils down to is that ANY school, city or state that wants to boycott Arizona is saying that they are encouraging illegal activity, and want to punish ANYONE that tries to do the right thing.

I get a kick out of the fact that (so far) the only regions that have decided to be idiots are places like Massachusetts and Illinois that are NOWHERE near the Mexico border. The idiots that have decided to boycott have NO CLUE as to what Phoenix is dealing with. If they got off their fat a$$es and spent even just one month there, they might just get it. We know that this will NEVER happen.

Maybe the Phoenix Police should ship every illigal they catch to these cities, with a note that ALL future captives will follow. Maybe that will smack these idiots in the head?
