move

Hi,
how can we request to move a thread from "plug building" to Sub-forums/How to favorite plug forum guides. I was just reading a post from Numbskull -

http://www.striped-bass.com/Stripert...o-needles.html

I think its a very helpful thread.

Thanks
Mike
