Anyone at Race Point today?

Fished around the race today from the boat. Luckily I was there before 6:00a because by 10:00a there must have been 300 boats going every direction. One charter guy had his outriggers out...that didn't last long.

What a zoo. The place looked more like a harbor with all the boats. I bailed before 11:00a.

Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.

My boat has been in Green harbor most of this week and I took my bass charter there today, and yes, it was like opening commercial season day !
1 1/2 hrs there and we go our 14 bass limit, all 15-20 lbs and another 4 big blue fish, unfortunately I was looking for 4-5 lb blues (tuna bait) instead of the 8-10lbers we got.
1 1/2 hrs and done before we went tuna fishing.
On a funny note. we just landed a double up when I noticed a Parker coming towards me.
It was my old Parker I sold this past Dec.
He doubled up as we were side by side !
Talked with him on the phone on the ride home, he took a 50 inch tuna this past sunday in the bay !

LETS GO BRANDON
