Auto door lock remote control rip-off

The remote door opener for my Toy Tundra broke and I needed a new one/wanted one for the convenience (no not a battery). I stopped at a Toy dealer and asked what it would cost for the replacement, $120. If that wasn't bad enough he said it would cost another $90-100 just to program it.

Well, eBay to the rescue as I found the unit there (make sure you get one with the same FCC number) for $50 +$5 shipping. Comes with programming instructions for FREE. It took me about 2 min to follow the series of maneuvers to program/activate the new remote. It works!

Just thought I'd post since I know at least one of you guys will dunk or lose a remote and need a replacement. Try eBay 1st no matter make/model. I can provide by Seller's name if interested.

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.
