I'm coming up with a couple of friends and was lookiing for a decent place to eat afterwards, I'm far from local and thought there could be good input here.

Do you and your friends like Thai food? If so, the Krua Thai, right in front of the Striper Fest tent, is very good.
For more traditional American fare, Lindsey's restaurant, a little west of town on Cranberry Highway in East Wareham, is a very good choice--IMO the best fired seafood in the area.
Personally, I think that the Mezza Luna, an "institution" in town, is the worst Italian restaurant I've ever eaten in, but Saturday is "prime rib" night, so it could work for you.

I'll second the Krua Thai suggestion. Excellent food there.

Anyone have an address for Krua Thai? I won't be at striperfest but would love to take my Thai bride next time I'm in the area.

Lindsey's just seems like a good fit after the fest. They do have good fried seafood.

It's on Main Street, right after the entrance into the parking lot at the RRB and RR station. It's small, limited seating, but they do take-out, too.
