Coffee & Donuts??

$4.43 for an XL coffee and 2 donuts???? Really??? Well I am starting to think these coffee places are pricing us "ordinary folk" out?? That does seem insane to pay for a cup of hot water and 2 donuts???? I might have to think about giving it up???

I can get a full breakfast and a bottomless cup o' Joe for $8 plus tip!!!

Almost time to get our fish on!!!

Coffee's a buck, any size, at Mickey D's.

And an Egg McMuffin is actually better for you than a donut (let alone two). I think I read somewhere that an Egg McMuufin with cheese (no sausage) is 270 calories. Don't get the hash brown combo meal. Still under $3.

ya gotta try some tasters choice
GOURMET
instant coffee

make it in 2 minutes flat (in microwave)

you wouldn't believe how much i get done
in those two minutes! .............while i wait

prolly ten cents per cup
and a container usually lasts a month for 8.99

we both think DD's coffee sucks taste wise by comparison

Hell, you can have a tea kettle

No self respecting coffee drinker brews his coffee in the microwave??? I drink instant at home.....Maxwell House is my brand! I love Dunkin' Donut coffee but have been realizing.....$2.50 for a cup of coffee is getting ridiculous!

The hardest type of cup of coffee to get around here is: BLACK. They always want to put something in it......must think to get your monies worth or something?

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

My biggest issue with DDs, aside from the coffee tasting like crap, is that you can order two regular coffees and they'll both taste completely different. Don't even bother going to DDs anytime but the morning or you get some burnt liquid that taste like diarrhea.

I never understood people that leave their house in the morning and then make their first stop at DDs to pay $2-4 for garbage. Coffee makers are cheap enough and most come standard with a clock and timer. Set it up the night before and you have hot coffee the moment you get out of bed in the morning. Buy a nice, double-chamber thermos and you'll have hot coffee all day that tastes like you just made it.

Mc D is a buck any size, and very tasty,, seems pretty simple to me Lawrence. With all the aggravation they have caused you over the years I find it hard to understand why you would keep going back unless you are using them for motivation to pad you post total.

Exactly the reason I haven't been to McD's in years for a cup of coffee.

How can you distinguish the true genuine taste and aroma of coffee when you add cow milk and sugar.
The smell of heated milk makes me gag.
Do you also add m&s to tea ?

Agreed. I only drink my coffee black and people sometimes look at me funny. If you drink good coffee that is freshly made (with fresh beans), cream and sugar just ruins it.

I've always felt people add milk and sugar to cover up the taste. Not to mention the people that order "Light, with extra sugar". Why even bother at that point?

Cause they're not from the area and never heard of coffee milk

Dunks has the best coffee around, period. I'm not a donut person, but I drink about 8 cups of Dunks coffee a day and never have any issues.

Larry, you're always welcome to come visit me at work anytime for a great cup of coffee on me! I'll even throw in a couple of donuts for you.
