Saltwater permit covers which states?
When I get my Massachusetts saltwater permit what other states will I be able to fish?

I always wanted to fish R.I. but couldn't justify the expense as compared to fishing waters I'm familiar with.  |

Conn. even better! I have a buddy that told me he knows a spot were he has supposedly caught lots of fish over 50 inches from shore, I need to know if he is BS'ing me.

I know that spot in CT and didnt fish it this year because i was too cheap to buy a license.
