I'm dropping the price to 5200 or BO..
I think the power alone is worth that.

Have only had a couple of hits from the newspaper.

Van,
Boat looks good; almost a carbon copy of the boat I gave to Rappin Mike.
Mine is a 1965 starcraft with a 65- 75 horse Evinrude. The boat rocks. It takes a close second to my real boat...its always ready to go.
Later,
Rick

Thanks Rick:

I really hate to sell her. It was our first boat, my father bought it and I learned boating at age 15 in bahstan habaa. Its had 3 engines on it so far. But it kills me to just leave it in the garage and not being enjoyed. The kids are older now and with the 20' proline there is no need to use it locally. I enjoyed freshwater fishing in her a few years ago, but now we charter on the great lakes, so again I have no use for her.

The engine is the best selling point it really is like new. It pushes that boat about 35 MPH. Pretty fast for a 15'.

I think I will cry when someone drives it out of my driveway for good.

Van,
My little cookie o' puss is roughly the same size, but has a 65 Evinrude 75 strapped to the back. She'll do close to 50 in the haba.
Rappin Mike almost killed me on that boat last year.
Later,
Rick
ps I paid $500 for the boat and the trailer.

Mike:

WOW.. Thats fast for that size boat. My little "sea bee" will do about 35 with 2 people. Not bad and it was fun to ski and tube off her too.

But the really bad news is SOLD !!!!!

I sold her this past weekend. I wanted to sell her because I just don't use it anymore, and the kids are older and we don't go freshwater anymore either.
But it just didn't feel right,
So I had to, I could not stand to see it just sitting in the garage.
A couple from Glouster gave me a down-payment, and she will have a new home by next week.

My father bought that boat new 31 years ago... Like i said.

I need to catch some stripers to cheer me up. Hope to get out in the habaa this weekend.....
