I don't like to see them spend; but if this makes our troops more efficient and increases their survivability I'm all for it.

Sounds like a deal considering the F-22 Raptor cost PER jet (including development cost) was $339 - $350 million. Not to mention the Air Force didn't see the need for anymore to be built (Congress had other plans).

Up until recently our MOUT (Miltary Operations in Urban Terrain) facilities left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately a lot of good men had to die to learn the lesson.
