so i jail broke my Iphone.....

and i got to say this is pretty cool. I downloaded iphonemodem from Cydia. So now, i can have internet on my laptop anywhere i have 3g service for my phone..

pretty cool. Im convinced that Apple does not allow these features becuase they are holding on to the technology until they let out the next phone.

Be careful. A lot of malware on the open app market.

One thing that I greatly enjoy about my iPhone and the Apple App Store is not having to worry about parasitic apps. I'm pretty cautious but the Misses will download anything that says "Free".

Try the "pdaNet" app, uses your phone for web access when tethered to computer out of wireless range.

Guy at "The (radio)Shack" told me about this one.

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

Mobile hotspot functionality is controlled by the carrier, not the phone manufacturer.
