The good news is that I believe the person can then be tried as an "Enemy Combatant" which is actually a very sweet and applicable set of rules in this type of situation

What a moron. Kids growing up in this country have absolutely zero to worry about for the most part. You do what you are supposed to work a little hard and for the most part you are all set. What an a-hole.

This guy was too radical for his mosque that he belongs to. They threw him out quite a while ago.
