Yahoo! I'm new

Well, I finally figured out how to register They never said I was the smartest of the Bomba's. Anyway, really stoked to be aboard. Might as well utilize someone's knowledge while I'm at it. Here is my question: I already have nabbed two keepers (30' & 31') out of the Connecticut River in Holyoke/South Hadley. I have heard it is fine to eat them from some people and the opposite from others.

Couldn't tell you if they are safe to eat and I know that you know how they taste :hih: so other than that...

Welcome aboard! Can you still do that back flip ?

Welcome Rappin Mikey, nice group of people here.

Nice to meet you. I'm in East Windsor, CT. But I have only fished Saltwater, here in CT and RI. Maybe we can hook up and you can show me how to fish freshwater.

surprised

I was surprised when I hooked up with that 30 incher. I had heard that were fish, and big ones, in there but didn't believe it until the other day. That was my first striper of the year. And a keeper to. I've seen at least one keeper pulled out of there for the last three days. I'm a little confused about these fresh water regulations. Does anybody Know the slot? 26-33 and above 41?

Also, Mikey,
Do you remember who I used to call badweena?
Do you remember why I used to call her that? Just a little food for thought and fish.
Later,
Rick
