DNC chair, Deb Wasserman Shultz, says unemployment didn't increase during Obama's ten
DNC chair: Unemployment didn’t go up under Obama! Hot Air
This woman is a sitting congresswoman, and the head of the Democratic party? Like Spence, when the facts don't support her socialist agenda, she conveniently creates new facts. She's literally making this stuff up as she goes?
Maybe Spence doesn't agree that 8.6 is more than 7.8?
How do we lose to these people?

As much as I dis-like Obama we can't really blame him for the high unemployment above 8%. The Dems and Repubs are to blame. I believe that unemployment could drop 25% from its current percentage with stricter guide lines.
Unemployment has to be revamped. Many people are gouging the system. Why would a person look for a job making 600 bucks a week on unemployment for 99 wks., having direct deposit while drinking cocktails in a warm climate sending in a false report that they are looking for work.
Just the other morning talking at the coffee shop a lobsterman pulling in 4,000 a week getting paid cash not declaring it in his S-corporation collecting his 600 weekly. I know others in construction doing the same thing.
Yes there are people that deserve it. People that think there is no corruption in the unemployment system live in a glass bubble.

"As much as I dis-like Obama "
Me too!
"we can't really blame him for the high unemployment above 8%"
First, Obama (as well as his VP and SecState) are members of the party that controlled the legislature since 2006 - they were US Senators from 2006-2008. When the Dems took over in 2006, the economy was BOOMING. The collapse happened on their watch (and none ever took any responsibility, rather it's all Bush's fault, as if he were a dictator), and presumably, Obama, Biden and Hilary were all prominent Senators, otherwise why did they get promoted? What I mean is, those 3 had some role in the collapse. I never heard any of them warning about subprime mortgages.
Second, Obama's economic advisors said that his "stimulus" bill would keep unemployment below 8%, and they were spectacularly wrong. They were off by millions of jobs. Finaly, the jobs that did get "saved" by the stimulus were primarily public sector jobs (teachers), which means the only way to save those jobs next year is to raise taxes.
Third, the looming spectacle of Obamacare has absolutely scared companies from investing in growth.
Finally, the point of this post was not to bash Obama (though I'm happy to detour into that), but to bash Debbie Wasserman Shultz (I call her carrot top). This is the head of the Democratic party (head of the DNC), making the insane claim that unemployment is no higher now than when Obama took office. This lunatic is one of the major leaders of liberalism in America, and she's either a liar or an idiot, take your pick.

The person I mentioned, his kids are grown adults. In today's
world of unemployment I'm sure there must be a way to include them also when a person cheats on unemployment
