repair question

I have a rod with cork grips, the top one is driving me insane because it squeaks, is there any way to either remove/replace or can i inject epoxy threw it or on the seems. I love the piece but the squeaking is driving me crazy.

Any input while be greatfully aappreciated

Duro super glue can be squeeezed into the cork grip through a small hole that the tip of the glue tube will fit. this should stop the noice. Duro is water proof also. It's what i also use as head cement on all my tail hooks and flies.You can get even more into it with epoxy but the work gets more detailed.Ron
