Cold One !!

I got in from the water today about 3;45. Wet and tired from digging and layer dressing walked in the door an my wife told me what a great day it had been outside//I guess like everything else it depends on what and where your doing it.today was tough ice ,ice and more ice, the pull of the tides on the moon that just past. I saw more seagulls and seals than littlenecks. But thats ok for its my choice and still great to be out there no sailboat races or weekend fleets heading to Newport this time of year.I guess i'm getting old fast trying to enjoy what comes along nomatter what. on the downside now won't be long until I"m marking., schools of fish . Not sure what they are but they will show up in February. I think they are herrihg. anyway its great to have a site like this, its going to be a good season Thanks///

ENJOY WHAT YOU HAVE !!!

Clammer, Probably right about those schools being herring. Last few years I've hit the Mass and some Rhody runs to see if they were in and late February is when I see them... Good luck out on the water and don't freeze your a$$ off too much...
