the spool is in the next series of pics under the reel...pics 5,6,7 show the spool on the reel. Its not a daiwa spool but looks like it fits nice and works.

Its a japenese after market spool. It looks great looking to see if they sell one in a largersize.

thanks, i did look at that and over looked it thinking it was just more picks of the reel.
going to keep an eye because i found the website that sells the spools for $280, see if he comes down a bit/

his price was for spool ,side knob and handle.....you always need an extra handle...
