I bought this about 2 years ago and has only been used on a few projects. It's been stored inside pretty much all of it's life and is in excellent nearly new condition. Asking $500 for both the saw and stand. Pickup in the East Bay. I know I'll regret selling it but I just don't have the room. thanks, -spence
