Patriots vs Jets
wacky season so far could easily be 6-0, lost 3 games by a total of 4 points and some schetchy play on both sides of the ball. they should be pissin' fire today against a so-so team. 38-20 good guys win.

It's not just here, all over the NFL secondaries stink, and they stink because offense rules the ratings.
We've lost 3 games by a total of 4pts, I'm sticking with em.
Tonight is going to be a LONG short ride home for the Jets.
GO PATS!!!!!!!!

I thought the Dbacks they put on the field made enough plays to win, they certainly gave up many long plays again and made it very hard on the team when the Pats should have put them away in the 2nd quarter then built on it, but they let them hang around and get right in there and take the lead
The young guys have to keep improving and not hold on critical plays like that which keep their drives alive when you have them stopped.
How about a few bad non calls on Pass Interference? The pats defender was pushed off on clearly and the Jets got the first down, then later, the refs call offensive on Loyd when he barely touched(not pushed off) his defender which took away our first down, and we wind up punting so they take the lead
The way the Pats are playing, they'll be lucky to beat the Rams next week
Ninkovich and WILFORK are madmen and can disrupt offenses at the right times when needed.
That one was way too close
not a relaxing game at all
very relieved to not be 3-4 behind the jets

They catch a break with it being in London. If the game was in St. Louis' dome I really wouldn't like their chances.
But it's another sub par QB that I'm sure they'll turn into Aaron Rodgers.

What gets me is all the hype that our media builds fans high expectations, kinda like the last two super bowls. Its in your face all week. Then in close ones we want heads on platters. Media is whats created the love hate fan base.
Stay away from WEEI, I will for about a hour.

what bruce said about pi calls- we can hardly buy one in our favor. our recievers get molested w/o a call. our db's ( when they're near opposing recievers ) get called iffin they fart on them...just saying. something gotten into bradys head- he's hesitant to step up and stay in the pocket- very jittery. and brandon lloyd needs mo' speed and new hands- he's got everything else.

Mankins and Conoley were out.. that would be enough to give Brady a few jitters.. I think he misses Mat Light...
It shouldn't ( so WE think) have been that close.. on the other hand.. it's good to see them win an ugly game.. they haven't won one of them in a long time.. lest we forget.. they used to play alot of ugly games.. as much as I hate Rex Ryan.. he get's those guy's to play well.. especialy in the division... he is a good coach... I just can't stand his bravado.. but I respect his abilities..
I still see most of their problems as "fixable".. no doubt some of the calls are B.S.... Rex whining to the officials before the game probably doesn't help. but that is foot ball... the offence left alot of plays on the field...time to enjoy what we have.. we could be rooting for the Chiefs or the Browns... BTW.. how about that vaunted Ravens D...

The Patriots did something they haven't done a lot of recently - held a small lead after coughing a better lead up. The Pats have been good at allowing the spectacular play(s) at the other end to close a gap.
The old Brady was much better at come backs, the current Brady nossomuch. I had little confidence these guys could pull it off last night after the Jets came back.

Ugly but it still counts as a win!
This years team is fun to watch since the outcome is always in question but by now we know that every week , regardless of the team we play ,it could go either way. I guess that makes it exciting!.
I hope we can stay on top of our division. You never know , by the end of the season they may have the bugs worked out of the pass D and maybe we are a playoff threat by then.
I thought Sanchez sucked totally but he still had some success against our dismall pass D.

Yeah, I heard that on the radio and thought "what a horse's arse!"
Maybe the jets have stock in viagra, cialis or some other wangeriser medicine that advertises during the game, and if the game takes longer they make more $$ for more ads?
Oh, and great use of Tebow!!!
Maybe next week they'll ley him try a punt?

Its a shame Tebow went there. There are many teams that would play him. Now he's just becoming a joke in NY.

It is, and it appears to be an old joke. Hopefully, they'll trade him

well at least brady is running and passing at the same time and connecting
something i think he needed to perfect a long time ago....
he is so worried about interceptions however that he's
throwing 'em too low at times
