"Fishes With Deer!"

I followed this deer swimming across Duxbury Bay this am after I watched him jump off the mud flats into the water! Very cool button buck!

That was cool. How much of a distance do you figure it covered?

Everything is better on the rocks.

Half a mile...maybe a bit less. No it was not bothered...I tried to keep enough distance but at one point I spooked him and he turned to go back and I had to corral him and turn him back as I did not want him to try to cover the distance back! He turned and did fine! That is just the last 5 minutes or so of a 9 minute video......the rest is from more distance....boring!

It seemed to be moving along at a pretty good clip.

Should have taken an underwater GoPro shot so we could all see the 4X swim fins the deer had!

Given the diversity of the human species, there is no “normal” human genome sequence. We are all mutants.

I remember in Maine one fishing trip I had my 24V trolling motor on my Lund cranked to the max and I couldn't pass a Moose crossing the lake, unbelievable swimmers.
