suggestions for restoring a neoprene jacket

I have a neoprene surf jacket that I really like. Over the years, it has lost some of its "waterproof" qualities. Do any of you know of any products that I can use to restore it ?

thanks

Aqua seal and what ever the spray that's used for tents to restore water resistance worked for my aqua skin top a few years ago. Aqua seal on the seams and the spray on the outside of the fabric.
