Bass in Boston Harbor

We took the boat out for the first time yesterday, was very cool out but were into fish about 15 min. after launching, picked up a few fish. Then headed toward the airport area and then back inside for a while, drifted back and forth over a school of fish for about 1 1/2 hours. I dropped a fish that was at least 36 inches, OH WELL!!!! the fish were in great shape, all ranging from
20" - 30". All were caught on Creek Chubs and yo-zuri mag poppers. Not a bad way to break in the new boat. This cooler weather has moved those blues out, and slowed down things a little on the cape, but it will pick up big on next weeks tides and warmer weather. We will be doing some local fishing from shore the rest of this week and will let you know how it goes.
