proper size hook for albies

I am new to salt water fly fishing and have a trip for albies & bonito planed for this coming weekend, and want to tie some flies any suggestions would be helpful. thank you in advance.

The smallest size I use is #2 EC413 for ~2.25" surf candies. Pale yellow is my go to color. Works great when they're on bay anchovies. Biggest size is 1/0 for 4 to 5" clousers. Those work well when they're on sand eels, mullet or spearing.

Hint: if the spin guys are catching on deadly #^&#^&#^&#^&s and the fly guys are blanking, use the bigger clouser.
