Who Is Fishing The MSBA Tourney Next Weekend?
Who is fishing the MSBA Charity Tournament next weekend? Are you fishing from shore or a boat? Location in general? With Friends? Are you going to the awards ceremony afterwards? Let's hear some fresh fish talk about next weekends plans.
I will be fishing from early Friday morning, (5:00 a.m.), until Saturday afternoon, (I got a barbecue that night), and maybe early Sunday morning if I don't already have one in the box. I am going down the Cape with my two fishing buddies and making a weekend out of it. Fishing the backside all the way down to The Race. Slingin' eels, plugs, whatever I gotta throw to put a trophy fish in my cooler. On Sunday we will be going to the awards ceremony to enjoy a great time with all those in attendance, and see the hardware passed out and engage in some fish talk. I hope to see you all there and good luck to all.

Hello everyone...
I've been waiting for this all year. When else do you get to compete against some of the best fisherman in the state, and for a good cause.
Does it get any better than that
Most likely we will be going over to the eliz-island's or vinyard, or up to the habba, or that sandy place. Still wide open, depends on the wind/weather.
Good luck everyone, hopefully the weather will coperate this year

Oh yea - Goose and others - might be worth while to keep the eyelids open and come up Sunday night - even if you don't place a fish you still got a shot at some great donations ($6000. worth) going on the raffle table. Again the raffle proceeds help boost the take for the kiddos !!!
Good luck - HAVE FUN - Be careful

You know I'll be there. No matter how tired I am.
Its lots of fun win or lose. Good excuse to fish for three days straight. Great cause, and like beetle said awesome raffle table this year.
That beetle is one hard working insect !!!!!!
Goose and others, hope you can make it to the awards, great fish talk, and the bar will be open !!!!!
PS....
Beetle where you fishing?
You gonna take me up on my offer? I'm on the boat all this coming week.

Come out to the meeting Bloocrab, it is open to the public, though joining has great benefits, such as if you join Wednesday night, you can attend the clubs outing in July for a doughnut, but the meeting is open to the public and if any of you have never been you should come out and see us. If you do please introduce yourself to the Vice President so that I know who you are. I am the tall, graying, semi-goodlooking guy sitting next to BasicPatrick on stage. Our web-site has directions. Look forward to meeting you.

I'll be out on the backside for the weekend. I signed a few fishaholic buddies up that live out of state and they are coming out. I'm bringing in the ringers. Well....hopefully we catch a few anyways. BigFish, I hope to see you out there.
Good Luck to everyone.

Sounds like the plans are being made. That is just awesome. We in the club started this as just a plain old tournament 6 years ago. this year the BIG CREDIT needs to go to the BEETLE. He has just grabbed the reigns and put this damn thing together something amazing. Yes, Van, Myself, Mike aka Ave MAria , and a few others worked on the event but make no mistake about it, BEETLE gets the credit this year. My personal thanks can not go far enoughwith what this man has done to get this event together. I was not able to do what I normally do bnut the man came through and then some. Everyone needs to make sure and Give the Beetle a thank you no matter what happens this coming weekend.
Besides that, Everyone be safe and good luck

Yea I'm at work for 8 hours of some more painful training on a sheduled day off - bad timing this week for it -
Thank you all for the kind words and good wishes - but credit still goes to all - committee members and others for their contributions through the whole process.
Every peice of the puzzle counts to make this happen.
It was by no means an individual effort - I just try to be very diligent to things that I commit to - Work - Club - personal - fishing - whatever.
It was important to me to do this as well as possible - for many reasons, most importantly for the Dream Come True Fund.
I remain focused to that end.
Friday I hope I can kick back a few notches and fish for the first time this year.
I wish everyone a safe and enjoyable weekend.
See or hear from ya'all soon
The beetle
