i think Historically there should be some stump-age
left intact to show the world the diameters from
a second perspective and not let it all fuel a business
that said yeah some incredible woodworking goin on

those guys are preserving the "stump-age." they make those awesome timeline tables, which are all sealed up. They should be around long after any untreated stump rots away....
