this is great
Ronald Reagan: “Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this stuff.”
Franklin D. Roosevelt: “So, first of all, let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is stuff—nameless, unreasoning, unjustified stuff.”
John F. Kennedy: “My fellow Americans, ask not what stuff your country can do for you, ask what stuff you can do for your country.”

No doubt, Obama being the constitutional scholar he thinks he is, he probably found (interpreted) some secret language in the Constitution which gives him the power to do "stuff" via the use of his pen and his phone--whatever "stuff" he desires.
Oh wait-- I think he misinterpreted the "stuff" part (probably because it isn't there as such). Actually he is empowered to do only specifically noted duties. The implied "stuff" that might be found in the Constitution more aptly applies to Congress--if the Pres tries to do that which is the sole power of Congress, it can tell him to stuff it.
Of course, if Congress is too cowardly to defend its constitutional power then it is up to the People to tell it to stuff it.
And if the People are too stupid to defend their constitutional liberties, or too willing to trade them for temporary goodies which they will have to pay for down the road, if the People prefer the illusion of free stuff, then the Pres, and the Congress, and the Court, and all the local and national members of the ruling class will be busy doing "stuff" which politically enhances their power and luxurious style of life.
And the People will constantly be wondering and bitching about when the rulers will bipartisanly get together for the "good of the country" and do a lot of good and important "stuff."
