Fuel polishing, diesel tank cleaning in RI?
Anyone know of a good outfit to polish about 100 gallons of fuel and clean out the sludge in the bottom of the tank?

Oldport Marine Services in Newport has a setup to do it. I would think RI engine would have something.
We had that problem 2 years ago and we made up our own with a large racor type filter and pump. It filtered the fuel but the tank was so dirty it was tough to get all the crud from behind the baffles.

We'll catch up some other time; we're at Lockwood's this season instead of SCM

Boat is probably going to take a week or so to fix, so it'll be a while before I get back up there.
