Oh, no, Gup, I wasn't looking for a canal cruiser. I was looking for a lure.

I always thought that your handle referred to an association with the Hess brothers, but then I looked up your business name after the call, and decided that I was incorrect.

I should have called you back and said not to pay attention to the voicemail, but work got crazy right as I was walking out of the office to call.


Sorry to be confusing. It was in reference to the reverse eye squid colored flat bottomed lure (they're like a "canal special" but I forgot those guys call them Jobos or something like that).

In my condition I would love to be able to ride a bicycle or motorcycle, but it just is not in the cards for me at this point.

This is funny....
I thought u where someone looking for the plug named "canal cruiser". I was just at the guys house the other day who makes those and looks just like the plug u described. Dah! Senior moment,,, LOL

I did go by the Hess booth and would have stopped for ya,,, I joke with them about my nickname ,,,, there's no connection, I'm about artsy fartsy as a wild boar... LOL

I always kinda figured as much. Too bad, I would have mailed you the dough for the plugs. I think they are going to be for sale on line somewhere mid March. I wish I could have gone to the show.

Anyway, I'll give you a shout when I'm laid up after surgery next month. PM me if there's another number I should call besides the one I called you on the other day.
