Leaky fuel line help.

I have a 115 Yamaha. Went out yesterday for some fresh water bass. Smelled gas. Took cover of and discovered the fuel line had dry rotted. The hose is flexible and has a heat shield on it because it is routed behind exhaust. Question is can I use after market fuel line with old heat shield or do I need to order that line special from Yamaha

Ah the joy's of Ethanol.

Boats.Net is a good place to get parts and ask Yamaha repair questions. I used them quite a lot for trouble shooting.
