Red Shoulder Hawks

Just had 2 Red Shoulder hawks circling over my back field. We see Red Tails all the time but, apparently, the Red Shoulder hawks are much rarer. Very Cool.

I have had them nesting in the area of my house for years, noisy birds!

I have had sharp shins around lately, have also seen kestrels (spelling) from time to time as well.
