She is not, but our spineless legislature and liberal Republican governor don't seem to want to or have the balls to really challenge her so it is up to the manufacturers again to battle in court for the next 3 years while she accomplishes what she wanted to further her career. Wonderful system in communist Massachusetts we have isn't it?

It was my fault for derailing it, but from my warped perspective I felt he might have gotten a chuckle out of my post. And actually I think in this case the derailing bumps it back to the top and helps get JohnR's message of "gratitude" out and may help a fellow member.
