Todays report

Left Swansea 5 am got 6 pogies and headed to Old Bull Sakonnet river Had incoming tide not a sniff tried the same on elbow ledge Bluefish found everything but the hook

Switch to fluke fishing out a little deeper nothing but while my friend tended the fluke rod I jigged one of Got Stripers white baits on a 2oz leadhead and started smashing Sea bass with no bait limited out quick but got My PB sea bass 7 lbs

went back inside and got 3 20 in fluke .. running back in several schools of pogies un molested as usual ... should have been a shark trip but ended up be a great day and dinner for a few days

Fish Narr Bay yesterday. More schoolies than I have seen in years up to 24-25". Doesn't matter when you go, what tide, wind temp, etc. Just loads of fun and simple lure selection. Sm Storm Shads imitating peanut bunker, Yuzuri Crystal minnow, and 5" Pink Sluggos, loaded.

Awesome BSB Wayne!

I golfed yesterday, but my son hit the ledges out in front of Gooseberry Point and said he couldn't get through the small schoolies to get the limit of sea bass he was looking for. None stop apparently on small schoolies and he managed a couple keeper sea bass.

Sorry I could make it, sounds like you brought home some nice eaters, usually all the ledges in that area load up with sea bass as they dump out of BB.
