Thanks Wayne but I recently gave away a treadmill and really like the low impact of a bike. I plan on breaking out my old Trek this spring and want an indoor exercise bike to ramp up with.

I'd just pick up a cheap cyclops or something similar, that way you're spinning on your own bike, less of a transition in the spring.
