muscle confusion
any workout guys here that have any input on this theory that the
PX90 got going.
have been trying this at home. but i also have read a fair amount of info that thinks the concept is bogus based on the idea that practicing muscle confusion causes feedback confusion. alternating between several exercise programs too often may not give the body enough time to gain body mass. also muscles require systematic overloading and recuperation to grow and develop. probably much more complicated than that, but that's the basic idea i believe.
so just wondering what you think?
