Like Likwid I like the crossfit activities. Anything I do I try and make it a lot of reps with little rest. 7 Sets 4 activities each set. Rest 30-60 sec between sets. Keep the heart pumping.

I agree with this. Although I mix crossfit with your typical weight trainging. When I did strictly crossfit workout I was getting in great shape but losing muscle mass. I was getting stronger but in different ways. My bench went down 25 lbs but i could do 20 pullups. So now i do a workout that mixes the two. For example:

day1- chest & tri's
day2- wall balls, box jumps, kball swings, dble unders ect.
day3- shoulders
day4- ropes, cleans, C2 row, kball stuff ect
day5- back, bi's
day6- cardio, legs

been on this for about a 4 weeks and so far so good.
