What's for Dinner?

Thanks to Beamie I got to enjoy a wonderful dinner tonight of fresh striped bass, veggie kabobs, and a nice salad! Good trip and even though it wasn't continuous action we took advantage of what was there. Good fun and thanks to Beamie!

There's a salad Dude! That was only 1/4 of the amount of fish she cooked so I didn't have much room for greens!

Yes, it was lemon pepper. The bass was caught Sat morning and marinated all day/night. It was very tasty!

Can you tell I'm not the cook in the house with my lack of good details! Ronnie, it was grilled(propane) wrapped in foil with small holes poked in it. We also have a small wood chip thing that sits in the grill and gives a nice smoked aroma.

Next up on the receipe front will be a cajoun rub and I'm also a big fan of the Hoysan sauce!

Send the recipe to Giada. She likes to add lemon to everything, and would look damn good drinking a PBR out of the can....
