About 7AM I was plugging Wollaston and

Someone must have reported him because during the second set an official looking boat pulled up beside and shortly afterward he was steaming toward Long Island. Hope it was more than a warning given. There was a pogie seiner boat in wally today setting the net, I thought they were not allowed inshore? Anybody know for sure if they are allowed inshore. Bait was from Manchester, they probably wiped all the pogies out up in salem and are down here now trying to do the same.
