What is Omega? Is that a brand name or are you referring to any Omega 3 supplement?
Mine (BJs brand) comes from Anchovy and Sardine. I can tell you guys that as a runner, I had knee pain all my life. My eye doctor reccomended fish oil to help with dry eyes and also mentioned he take sit to help with joint pain related to martial arts. After a few months I noticed my knees didnt hurt anymore. This happened as I once again got back into running 5 times a week. I have to think its the pills, Im in less pain at 40 than I was at 20, true story
