Anybody seen this???

Stonington - State Environmental Conservation Police Officers have arrested two men Tuesday in Stonington on violations of marine fisheries laws, the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection announced today.
Arrested were David J. Hochman, 45, of Orange, and John J. Warnock, 65, of Pawtucket, R.I. They were found in possession of 12 striped bass, which is eight fish (four per man) over the daily limit of two per person.
The officers, acting on a complaint, arrested the two men as they were attempting to offload the fish to a vehicle on Boulder Avenue. They had begun their fishing trip at the state-owned Barn Island Boat Launch, also in Stonington. They are scheduled to appear in New London Superior Court on Oct. 19.

Also has anybody seen the October RISSA newsletter? If u look under the RI dem arrests looks like they have been quite busy! I couldn't help but notice that there was a Rob Taylor arrested back in August for being well over his limit of SB? I recognize the name but is this the same Rob Taylor that used to fish the striper cup on team Striper?
