The Rob Taylor who was cited by the DEM paid a fine of $193.50. He actually paid $360 more when he was arrested for not controlling his vicious dogs.

Rob Taylor hasn't fished the Striper Cup for years.
I heard he was caught with hand in the jar.
He used to work for Quantum....Sponsor? Ken is dumb.
