But if he's got it copyrighted he's perfectly within his rights to protect his rights...
And if the shop was called Charlie's Mad Fisherman he'd have every right. But just because someone CAN copyright a name or something doesn't make it right. It's just weak. It was pretty lame when the Planet Hollywood was suing anyone with Planet something in their name. Weak.
